·
Children should wear clothing that allows freedom and
comfort for messy projects and appropriate shoes for playing outside (sneakers
are preferred).
·
Apply sunscreen on your child
before you come to school.
·
Mark everything with your
child’s name or initials, including diapers.
·
Please have your child dress appropriately for the
weather and bring the appropriate coat and mittens for outdoor play. We will not
go outside if it is raining or snowing or the playground is wet or snow
covered.
·
Don’t forget to sign your child in and print
legibly who will be picking up your child (full name) and a phone
number you can be reached at during the day.
·
Help your child wash their hands first thing
when entering the classroom.
·
We understand how hard it is for you and your child to
separate, but it is easier on everyone if you don’t linger in the classroom.
You are always welcome to call us anytime during the day to check on your
child.
·
Please adhere to the sick child policy.
We want to keep our school healthy and happy.
·
Please bring any paperwork that you have not
already turned in and three pictures of your child.
We cannot let your child attend Great Escape without a copy of their current
immunizations and a recent signed health status.
·
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any
address, phone, cell phone or pick up information changes. Only people on the pick-up
form will be allowed to pick up children.
·
Don’t forget to sign your child out at the
end of the day when you pick them up.
What to bring:
·
A complete change of clothes for your child, including
socks (please label).
·
A crib sized fitted sheet, blanket and lovey for nap
time (please label).
·
A nutritious lunch labelled with your child’s name.
Lunches will be refrigerated, but we are not allowed to heat anything up for
your child. Each classroom has a basket that you should place the lunch in.
·
A sippy cup or water bottle for your child, labelled
with their name.
·
At least 3 diapers for those that need them (please
label).
·
If you signed up to bring snack, remember it needs to
be store bought with the ingredients listed. Fruit should be prepackaged. This
is important for our kids with allergies.
