Field Trip to Historical Museum

On Wednesday, April 28, the preschool classes took a field trip to the Littleton Historical Museum. First they walked to the park across from the Museum and played and ate lunch. Then they proceeded to the Museum. A terrific guide gave the children some information about the Museum and covered the rules (no food, no petting the animals, no running.)

Here are some of the Yellow Dinosaurs in the 1860s Cabin with the farm cat.

Here are some of the Red Dinosaurs outside of the 1860s cabin.

Here are some of the Penguins at the Blacksmith Shop talking to the Blacksmith.

Field Trip to Bemis Library

On Tuesday, April 20th and Wednesday, April 21st, the preschool classes took a field trip to Bemis Library. Children's Librarian, Joan Czwornog, talked to the children about the library and about the programs there just for them. They also took a short tour of the library. The artwork of children from Great Escape is currently on display in the children's section of Bemis Library.
